Which country do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! For countries which are not listed, kindly inbox us your country and postcode to check on the delivery fee before proceeding to payment.


How long does it normally takes to ship out items once payment is made?

Z+ Online Store processes your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 48 hours. However, it does not apply to pre-order items.


Where can I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers will be provided under order details once shipped.


Where can I track my parcel?

  • For West Malaysia, orders are delivered via Pgeon Delivery or Pos Laju. For East Malaysia, orders are delivered via Malaysia courier services depends on area availability (Pos Laju, Nationwide, DHL or Skynet). Orders can be tracked at Tracking Malaysia
  • For Singapore and other international orders are delivered via S.F. Express unless otherwise stated. Orders can be tracked at SF Tracking.


During Promotion Periods

During peak periods, there may be some delay in shipping. Please bear with us as we could not fulfil the usual next day delivery promise due to large volume of orders, transaction and availability issues.
